To keep things simple, we have one registration form for all three. We’ll make sure you get “sorted” into the program we previously discussed with you.

What to expect when you register
Within 24 hours of registration, Jake will email you. We’ll send you the coaching agreement to sign digitally, and then send you off to our trusty calendar to book your first Zoom session at a time that works best for you.
Technical details and policies
Number/length of training sessions and Text a Trainer service:
With this coaching package, you get one initial onboarding consultation that may last up to 90 minutes, followed by weekly 45-minute sessions.
(We know life doesn’t always follow a set routine, so we have some flexibility with scheduling. You’re not “locked in” to a specific day/time for your weekly sessions)
This coaching program lasts eight weeks, with the clock starting the day of your onboarding session.
You’ll have access to the Text a Trainer service via Whatsapp starting immediately after the onboarding, and ending eight weeks later (unless you decide to sign up for further coaching).
Text a Trainer availability:
You can send us messages and video submissions at any time. We have three Check-In Days per week. Currently, Check-In Days are Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We’ll reply to messages on those days. If we haven’t heard from you in a bit, we’ll message you to see how things are going.
Tech requirements
You’ll need to be able to:
- Take short videos and upload them to the internet. Nothin’ fancy – your phone camera is fine
- Attend Zoom meetings
- Use Whatsapp for texting and video sharing
Payment plan information
If you sign up for the payment plan, your card or PayPal account will automatically be charged twice: once today, and once 30 days from today.
If you cancel before both payments are complete, your access to the Academy and the coaching program will end and you won’t be able to proceed through the rest of the curriculum.
What's the video share program?
When you join, you have the option to choose the video share discount: $100 off your program in exchange for letting us use some of your training footage to help future students.
What we’ll use your footage for:
Tutorials and other educational content in the Academy. We may also use it for promotional purposes on our websites and social media. We’re protective of our clients and we always showcase their videos with respect and discretion. (No embarrassing stuff, promise!)
The faces/identifying features of any children who appear in the videos will be obscured. If you’d like, we’ll do the same for adults as well.

Refund policy
Purchases of private coaching can be refunded 100% upon request, up to 2 weeks after purchase or until the first Zoom session is scheduled to start, whichever comes first.
Due to the amount of time and effort we put into each client, refunds are unavailable once coaching begins. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@3lostdogs.com.
