5 Steps

• With as many sessions as needed, work through the lesson until you achieve Step Three: Using the Cue as an Actual Cue.
• Keep practicing step three (using the cue), LOW distractions. Session 1.
• Keep practicing step three (using the cue), LOW distractions. Session 2.
• Keep practicing step three (using the cue), LOW distractions. Session 3.
• Keep practicing step three (using the cue), LOW distractions. Session 4.
