Hey there! Welcome to the Academy. We are Erin and Jake from Daybreak Dogs LLC, and we’re excited to accompany you on your adventures in dog life. Thank you for joining us. Let’s go over some basics and point you in the right direction.
First, some obligatory technical housekeeping:
Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. Our merchant name on your credit card/PayPal statement will be one of the following:
- Daybreak Dogs LLC
- 3 Lost Dogs
- Jacob Buvala
If your membership includes private coaching:
Please check your email for a message with details on how to get started. If you don’t see that email, let us know at email@example.com.
Here’s a quick Academy orientation:
Dashboard – Your home base. Featured content, announcements, and information on live events will be posted here.
My courses – All the courses you have access to.
Content library – This is where all the “non-course” stuff is gathered.
Achievements – All the badges you can earn. Meant to be a fun way to track your progress.
Forums – We invite you to come on over and introduce yourself, and ask any dog questions you may have.
Your membership is set to renew automatically. If you cancel, you’ll have access to the Academy for the remainder of the subscription period (either 30 or 365 days, depending on your membership) after which it won’t renew.
To view, cancel, or update your membership details: go to View/Edit Membership in the top navigation bar.
